The company reported funds from operations (FFO) of $0.40, beating our estimate of $0.36 and the consensus estimate of $0.37. Adjusted FFO of $0.48 was ahead of our estimate of $0.39 and beat the consensus estimate of $0.41. CTO acquired three multi-tenant retail properties totaling 464k square feet at a weighted average going-in cap rate of 8.0%.
