Zeta Global announces offering of 11M shares of Class A common stock

Zeta Global Holdings Corp. announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of an aggregate of 11M shares of its Class A common stock. Zeta is offering 8.8M shares and GPI Capital Gemini HoldCo LP is offering 2.2M shares. Zeta intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes which may include future acquisitions. Zeta will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholder in the offering. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs & Co., BofA Securities, Citigroup and KKR Capital Markets are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
