Jefferies analyst Surinder Thind initiated coverage of WNS Holdings with a Buy rating and $82 price target. The analyst says the company’s “strong” domain expertise and a continued move up the value chain, combined with more consistent tuck-in acquisitions, should drive double-digit revenue and earnings growth for the “foreseeable future.” Investor concerns around disruption by artificial intelligence should ultimately prove transient, but in the meantime have created a buying opportunity with WNS’s valuation near a decade low, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
