Alphabet’s Waymo is sending driverless vehicles to handle airport pickups for passengers, The Verge’s Andrew J. Hawkins reports. The company said that customers flying in and out of the Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, Arizona can now hail one of Waymo’s "rider only" vehicles, the author notes. "No waitlist, no NDAs, no hours restriction, 24/7 service," Waymo product chief Saswat Panigrahi told reporters during a briefing. Reference Link
