Warner Bros. Discovery CFO Gunnar Widenfels said that the entertainment industry has to resolve ongoing writer and actor strikes and “get back to work,” Deadline’s Dade Hayes reports. Speaking at an investor conference hosted by BofA Securities, the executive said the strikes were “an unfortunate situation,” but noted that free cash flow is on the rise as the company is “unable to deploy capital” for production, the author notes.
