Warner Bros. Discovery plans to offer live sports at no additional cost on its streaming platform for a limited time later this year, Lucas Shaw of Bloomberg reports, citing people familiar with the matter. Starting next year, customers will have to pay an additional amount for sports, likely around February or March, the people added. Warner Bros. holds the media rights to many popular sports, including the National Basketball Association and Major League Baseball.
