Wallbox files to sell $100M of Class A ordinary shares ‘at-the-market’

Wallbox announced that it has filed a prospectus supplement to its existing shelf registration statement on Form F-3 with the SEC, under which it may offer and sell shares of its Class A ordinary shares having an aggregate offering price of up to $100M through an "at-the-market" equity offering program. The shares will be offered through Canaccord Genuity and Oppenheimer & Co. as sales agents.
