Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) has agreed to pay Humana (HUM) $360M to settle a drug-pricing dispute, The Wall Street Journal’s Will Feuer reports. The lawsuit alleged the retail-pharmacy chain overcharged for prescription-drug reimbursements. Walgreens had asked a federal court to vacate a previous award in Humana’s favor for $642M.
