Visa "announced that Vice Chair, Chief Financial Officer Vasant Prabhu will depart the Company on Sept. 30, 2023. Prabhu, who joined Visa as CFO in 2015, will assist the Company with the search for and onboarding of his replacement, allowing sufficient time for a smooth and successful transition to his successor before he steps down from his role as Vice Chair, Chief Financial Officer."
