Italian mobile-app developer Bending Spoons SpA has dropped its pursuit of Vimeo after the parties couldn’t agree on a price, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg’s Daniele Lepido, Giulia Morpurgo and Tommaso Ebhardt. Talks between two companies ended recently, the sources said.
