VF Corp. target of second activist investor, Bloomberg reports

North Face Owner VF Corp., which is already being pressured for changes by Engaged Capital, is also being targeted by activist investor Legion Partners Asset Management, according to Bloomberg, citing people with knowledge with the matter. Legion has amassed a stake in the company and is urging it to divest some brands such as Timberland, the people said, though the size of Legion’s position isn’t known.
