ValueAct Capital began buying Disney this summer and it is now one of the firm’s largest positions, Kenneth Squire of Activist Spotlight reports. ValueAct has been in dialogue with Disney’s management and is still growing their position, according to Activist Spotlight. The firm believes that Disney’s theme parks and consumer products businesses are alone worth low $80s per share, it added.
