Amid a slide in shipping volumes, Atlanta-based shipping giant UPS (UPS) is looking to reduce its pilot ranks, writes Chris Otts for WDRB.com. UPS has not culled the pilot ranks since 2010 when it furloughed 109 pilots, added WDRB.”At UPS, we regularly assess our operations and make adjustments to better serve our customers,” UPS said in an emailed statement, according to WDRB.com.
