BofA raised the firm’s price target on UnitedHealth (UNH) to $390 from $350 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. UnitedHealth’s implied roughly $17 guidance for 2026 EPS is less than half of the $35 investors expected just 12 months ago, notes the analyst, who estimates 2028 earnings power of $24-$37 per share. Until getting more clarity on the potential for a 2027 coding adjustment, the firm remain Neutrals, but sees significant upside potential if rates aren’t a headwind, the analyst tells investors.
