The Swiss authorities and UBS (UBS) are racing to close the takeover of Credit Suisse (CS) within as little as a month to try to retain the lender’s clients and employees, Reuters’ Elisa Martinuzzi, Saeed Azhar, and Stefania Spezzati report, citing two sources familiar with the matter.
