Two large stockholders of RumbleON send letter to fellow stockholders

William Coulter and Mark Tkach, who together own approximately 32.2% of the outstanding Class B shares of common stock of RumbleOn announced to fellow stockholders that they have filed a preliminary proxy statement to elect four highly qualified candidates to the Board of Directors of the Company at its 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The Company has not yet set a date for the meeting. The letter ended "We look forward to engaging with our fellow stockholders and the Board to move RumbleOn in the right direction. We are enthusiastic about the opportunity to improve RumbleOn’s operational performance and restore stockholder value. We have no confidence that this will occur at the hands of the existing leadership of RumbleOn."
