Truist intrigued by Salesforce’s first hand generative AI use cases

Truist analyst Terry Tillman keeps a Buy rating and $275 price target on Salesforce but notes that the firm was “intrigued” with the company’s efforts at evolving from templatized opinionated storefronts to headless to now composable components as well as seeing first hand generative AI use cases in action when it attended the Salesforce investor meeting. These dynamics could improve the company’s growth rates in what has been one of the more pressured growth businesses, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
