Third Point buys Kenvue, exits Tesla in Q1

Third Point disclosed in an SEC filing its holdings as of March 31, 2025. The fund’s new buys during the first quarter included, by size of position, Kenvue (KVUE), Nvidia (NVDA), CoStar (CSGP), U.S. Steel (X), and Casey’s (CASY). Third Point exited a number of positions during the quarter, including by size of previous position Danaher (DHR), Meta (META), Ferguson (FERG), Tesla (TSLA), and Thermo Fisher (TMO). Third Point increased its stake in Apollo (APO), Telephone and Data Systems (TDS), Live Nation (LYV), Primo Brands (PRMB), and Capital One (COF), and reduced its stake in Amazon (AMZN), Microsoft (MSFT), Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), Brookfield (BAM), and Jacobs (J). The fund’s top holdings as of March 31, in order of size, were PG&E (PCG), Amazon, TSMC (TSM), Live Nation, and Telephone and Data Systems.
