Renjie Zhu, director of Cybertruck manufacturing at Tesla, has left the car maker, and it is unclear if he was involved in another round of job cuts or if he departed on his own accord, Electrek’s Fred Lambert reports. At least 10% of Tesla’s total headcount has been let go in recent waves of layoffs, but Lambert said he has heard that as much as 20% of the workforce could be gone “by the time everything is said and done.”
