Tesla plans to shorten production shifts at its Shanghai plant as soon as Monday and has postponed the on-boarding of some new hires, Bloomberg reports, citing people familiar with the situation. The factory will operate two 9.5 hours shifts a day, down form two 11.5 hour shifts presently, the report says. Reference Link
