In a wrongful-death suit set for trial this week, Tesla (TSLA) is preparing to defend its position that drivers are the ones responsible for crashes involving its technology, Ryan Felton of The Wall Street Journal reports. In the suit, a jury will determine who is at fault for a 2018 fatal crash involving Apple (AAPL) engineer Walter Huang.
