A U.S. judge has ordered a Tesla driver to pay more than $23,000 in restitution for a 2019 crash that killed two people, likely the first U.S. felony case involving a partially automated driving system, Stefanie Dazio of The Associated Press reports. The crash was was among a series of deadly crashes investigated by the NHTSA that led to the recall of more than 2M Tesla vehicles.
