Tesla has told staff at its battery factory in Sparks, Nevada that some set-rate hourly workers at the facility will see pay boosts around 10% beginning in early January 2024, CNBC’s Lora Kolodny reports, citing internal materials. The car maker plans to increase wages for hourly workers to $22 per hour from $20 on the low end, and to $34.50 an hour from $30.65 on the high end, the author notes.
