Telenor upgraded to Overweight from Equal Weight at Barclays

Barclays upgraded Telenor to Overweight from Equal Weight with a price target of NOK 160, up from NOK 145. The analyst believes the Nordic markets offer the best exposure to positive pricing power in European Union telecoms and says Telenor is the “cleanest way to play this.”
