Stripe hasn’t yet determined how much stock it will repurchase, though a source calls the talks “flexible.” Major companies using Stripe include Instacart (CART), Lyft (LYFT), Wayfair (W), and Amazon (AMZN), while companies competing with Stripe include PayPal (PYPL), Square (XYZ), Adyen (ADYEY), Braintree, and Checkout.com.
