DA Davidson analyst Michael Shlisky downgraded Solid Power to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $5, down from $13. The analyst cites the company’s surprising announcement of an immediate retirement of CEO and co-founder Doug Campbell from both the company and board. Shlisky adds that he had come to view Mr. Campbell "very favorably", and while his reasons for sudden retirement could be family-related, he is "not sure what to expect from here".
