Wells Fargo analyst Michael Berg lowered the firm’s price target on Smartsheet to $47 from $55 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. While Smartsheet had a clean Q4 and its enterprise positioning and margin expansion are driving valuation support, the firm expects the initial FY25 guidance and management changes will leave investors with questions on execution and normalized growth, the firm says.
