Piper Sandler lowered the firm’s price target on Shoals Technologies to $16 from $20 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. Although expectations for Shoals’ update were low, guidance at $500M was well beneath expectations and the backlog was essentially flat quarter-over-quarter, the firm notes.
