Roth MKM notes ConocoPhillips announced that it has made the final investment decision to move forward with its 600M barrel Willow oil development in Alaska after last week’s Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals denial of plaintiffs’ request for an injunction. The analyst, who expects ConocoPhillips shares to have a “slight positive reaction” versus peers in Tuesday trading following the announcement made after market close on December 22, has a Buy rating on ConocoPhillips.
