Northrop Grumman was awarded a $150M cost reimbursable contract modification to a previously awarded contract. This modification provides for the production and delivery of long lead parts for five E-2D Advanced Hawkeye Aircraft in support of the government of Japan. Work is expected to be completed in February 2029. Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount of $150M will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Air Systems Command is the contracting activity.
