Northrop Grumman was awarded a $513.04M modification to previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract for Ground/Air Task Oriented Radar, or G/ATOR, systems. The contract modification provides for the procurement of up to an additional 14 full rate production G/ATOR systems via the incorporation of Lot Five for 10 G/ATOR systems and optional Lot Six for up to four G/ATOR systems. Work has an expected completion date of October 2028. FY23 procurement funds in the amount of $311.41M are being obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. FY23 research, development, test and evaluation relocation funds in the amount of $34.51M are being obligated at the time of award and the funds do not have an expiration date. Marine Corps Systems Command is the contracting activity.
