NextPlay Technologies gets Delinquent Filings Rule notice from Nasdaq

NextPlay Technologies was notified by the Listing Qualifications Department on November 28 of The Nasdaq Stock Market stating that it did not comply with Listing Rule 5250(c), due to its failure to timely file its Form 10-K and Forms 10-Q for the periods ended February 28, May 31, and August 31 respectively. Unless the Company requests an appeal, trading of the Company’s securities will be suspended at the opening of business on December 7 and a Form 25-NSE will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission which will remove the Company’s securities from listing and registration on The Nasdaq Stock Market.
