NextPlay Technologies receives noncompliance letter from Nasdaq

NextPlay Technologies announced that the company received a notification letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of Nasdaq stating that because they have not received the company’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended August 31, the company remains noncompliant with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250. The notification further provides the company until November 2 to submit an update to the plan to regain compliance previously submitted to and accepted by Nasdaq, and states that any additional staff exception that may be provided to the company to allow the company to regain compliance with all delinquent filings will be limited to November 27.
