Microsoft has agreed to invest $1.5B in G42 as part of its latest bet of deepening the collaboration between the U.S. and United Arab Emirates, Chloe Cornish and George Hammond of The Financial Times reports. The agreement gave Microsoft a minority stake in G42 and its vice-chair, president Brad Smith a board seat.
