Lockheed Martin (LMT) has filed a protest with the Government Accountability Office, or GAO, to contest the U.S. Army’s selection of Bell Textron (TXT) for a helicopter project that could be worth $7B if all options are awarded, according to Bloomberg’s Tony Capaccio. The GAO has 100 days to render a decision on the protest, the report noted.
