Lockheed Martin awarded $100M Navy contract modification

Lockheed Martin was awarded a not-to-exceed $100M cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded contract. This modification exercises an option to procure software licenses, prototypes, digital twins, and associated test hardware required to support F-35 Block Four early capability development for the Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and non-Department of Defense, or DOD, participants. Work is expected to be completed in March 2026. FY23 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $3.69M; FY23 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $3.69M and non-DOD participant funds in the amount of $1.62M will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Air Systems Command is the contracting activity.
