Lockheed Martin was awarded an Other Transaction Authority agreement with a ceiling of $311.98M for Stinger missile upgrades and replacement. Work will be performed in Grand Prairie, Texas, with an estimated completion date of June 12, 2028. FY23 research, development, test and evaluation, Army funds in the amount of $26.13M were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command is the contracting activity.
