Koppers Holdings raises dividend 17% to 7c

Koppers Holdings announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 17% increase in the planned quarterly dividend rate for 2024, from 6c to 7c per share of Koppers common stock. A quarterly dividend will be paid on March 25, to shareholders of record as of the close of trading on March 8. At this quarterly dividend rate, subject to the standard quarterly review by the Board of Directors, the annual dividend rate for 2024 increases to $0.28 per share.
