ITV (ITVPY) is looking into a deal to acquire production group All3Media from its joint owners Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) and Liberty Global (LBTYA) to combine the unit with its Studios division, Reuters’ Amy-Jo Crowley and Paul Sandle report, citing two sources familiar with the matter. A potential transaction could see Warner Bros. sell its interest in one of the U.K.’s leading independent production firms to ITV for cash to help cut down its $49B debt pile, the authors note.
