Discovery’s (WBD) upcoming Max drama “Penguin” have both had production halted until the end of the WGA strike, Deadline’s Lynette Rice reports. Writers based on New York have picketed “Daredevil” outside of its base of Silvercup East, while the “Batman” spinoff series has also been repeatedly targeted by WGA East protesters, the author notes.
