InvenTrust Properties raises dividend 5% to 22.6c

InvenTrust Properties announced that its Board of Directors declared a Q1 cash distribution of 22.6c per share of common stock, which represents a 5% year-over-year increase. When annualized, this is equal to a rate of 90.5c per share. This distribution will be paid on or about April 15 to stockholders of record as of March 31.
