Argus raised the firm’s price target on Host Hotels to $24 from $22 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Given its solid revenue growth and a share buyback program, the company’s EPS growth should outpace some of its peers, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Host Hotels also benefits from high-quality business-district hotels and coastal resorts, and from room rates that are well above the national average, the firm added.
