Host Hotels price target raised to $25 from $22 at Compass Point

Compass Point raised the firm’s price target on Host Hotels to $25 from $22 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Host reported quarterly results ahead of the firm’s estimates, while initial 2024 guidance “appears somewhat conservative,” says the analyst, who continues view Host as poised to benefit from the recovery of urban travel and sees its balance sheet strength providing “unique investment opportunities in 2024.”
