HealthStream increases quarterly dividend 12%

HealthStream announced that the board of directors has approved a 12% increase in the company’s quarterly dividend to 2.8c per share, up from 2.5c per share-and declared a cash dividend for the first quarter of 2024 of 2.8c per share of the company’s outstanding common stock. The first quarter dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of the close of March 11 with a payment date of March 22.
