Truist lowered the firm’s price target on Green Plains to $40 from $45 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares ahead of its Q3 results The quarter will be telling as investors look for the company to put prior operational and margin challenges in the rearview and demonstrate the value of its investments thus far, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Solid execution has the potential to de-risk much of Green Plains’ remaining transformation plan, but investors will likely be less forgiving than prior quarters on any substantial misses, the firm added.
