Green Plains price target lowered to $31 from $33.50 at UBS

UBS lowered the firm’s price target on Green Plains to $31 from $33.50 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Ethanol fundamentals have continued to deteriorate and corn prices are under a lot of pressure, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm expects a recovery in the second half of the year for both ethanol and corn oil, but says the first half will be challenged.
