GitLab’s pricing page is showing a new SKU for GitLab Duo Enterprise “coming soon,” and since there has been no official announcement from the company that we are aware of, and management has not been discussing this particular strategy, this comes as a bit of a surprise, Raymond James tells investors in a research note. Duo is particularly relevant as this is GitLab’s AI platform, the firm says, and the intended new $39 SKU can drive up the overall AI contribution from the original $19 Duo Pro SKU. The firm views the expansion of the AI platform as an incremental positive.
