Elanco Animal Health announced that the Board of Directors has named Lawrence Kurzius as its next Chairman of the Board, effective at the conclusion of the company’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Kurzius, a member of the Elanco Board since 2018, will succeed current Chairman, R. David Hoover, who will remain on the Board as an independent director.
