Activist investor Ancora has built a stake in Elanco Animal health and is urging for changes at the company, Bloomberg’s Crystal Tse reports, citing people with knowledge of the matter. The investor wants the animal-medicine maker to replace CEO Jeffrey Simmons and revamp its board, the author says.
