DOJ proceeds with Google Maps antitrust investigation, Politico reports

Justice Department officials have been meeting with Google’s competitors and customers recently to determine who could serve as the best witnesses in any potential litigation challenging the Alphabet unit’s dominant position in the market for digital maps and location information, Politico’s Josh Sisco reports, citing three people with knowledge of the matter.
